WELCOME TO EAGLE ONE ANTENNAS
The need for a Ham mobile antenna was the reason for the tripod that the amateur radio antenna experts at Eagle One Vertical Antennas created. We installed a 1 1/2" pipe inside a tripod to give support to the Eagle One Ham radio antennas. The use of double clamps made a strong setup for the antenna. As we showed the new mount at Hamfest, many Hams said it made a good base antenna because they could mount it on the roof or on the ground. With the AH-4 tuner, it only required 10 feet of wire off each leg to make a good ground base. You can add as much as you wish. The tripod can be screwed down to a roof with ground wires laid out on the roof, with one of them taken down to a ground rod for safety and better ground base.

This Ham mobile antenna was made using a 31 foot fiberglass pole and when it is closed up is only 44". This pole was used as wind sock at airports and air balloon sites. We took this pole, made modifications, and installed flex-weave wire inside as you raise the pole. There are special clamps to mount on mask or mounting pipes. The wire length is 33 feet and with the ICOM AH-4 tuner will work 10 through 80 meters. Our amateur radio antenna works well with any tuner, automatic or manual. Our Ham radio antennas work very well with MFJ mini travel tuners.
